My Planner specializes in destination weddings in Crete, and Chania. We mostly work with international clients who have a soft spot for the bespoke, whether they wish for a 3-day celebration, an elopement, or a traditional affair. We design, plan and coordinate all kinds of weddings, religious, interfaith, symbolic, unity, civil, same sex, and more.

During this video call, we'll get to discuss the fundamentals, what you envision for the ambiance, what your expectations are for the experiences you wish to have, the era, or the style you wish to tap on, the estimated number of your guests as well as a rough budget we'll be both called to work with. It's that simple! 

Because there are no ready-made packages. My goal is through a wide range of services and personal communication, to provide every couple with a unique experience, tailored to their personality, dreams and needs.

We do not. As native Cretans we DO have a select list of professionals who are always positive to deliver the best, such as photographers, floral designers, caterers, bakers, lighting crews, videographers, MUAH artists, stationery artists etc. BUT we are open to working with people our clients dream of having on board. Our venue collaborations are unsparing too. We want our clients to be able to host their weddings where their hearts soar. But, we will definitely suggest what we feel suits your needs best. 

Exclusivity is non-negotiable for My Planner. This means we only handle ONE event per day, and oftentimes one every two days to ensure our clients have our undivided attention and focus. 

Private celebrations, vow renewals, wedding proposals, engagement celebrations, and fabulous pre-wedding and post-wedding soirees are the kinds of events we mostly work on. We also plan and design for business clients, private gatherings and celebrations, corporate initiatives and more. 

Absolutely SO! No wedding design or plan can come to fruition unless your wedding planner and designer know all the dynamics and metrics of your venue.

This might as well be one of our biggest secret powers. We are by nature problem solvers and quick thinkers, fact analyzers and situation evaluators. Where there's a will there is always a way!

As we love it when everything is simple and transparent, our pricing for planning services varies according to size, location and date. All planning fees are quoted as a flat fee that covers all our services, including designing, planning and producing your destination wedding in Crete.
